New English Teas UK delivery
New English Teas aims to dispatch all its orders on the same working day. If an order is placed after 3 pm on a Friday, it will usually be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. However, there might be some exceptions (when the item is not in stock or there's a payment issue). Royal Mail Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is available for £2.95 (it's free for orders over £20), while Royal Mail/DPD Special Delivery is available for orders placed by 3 pm. Your order will arrive the next working day and you'll be charged £7.95 for the delivery. Royal Mail/DPD Saturday Special Delivery is available for £15.95.

New English Teas ships its orders outside the UK as well. You'll be charged £9.95 for the delivery. Delivery time will depend on the part of the world you're ordering to (3-5 working days to EU, 3-7 working days to the USA, 5-10 working days to the rest of the world). However, this is not a guaranteed service and may take more time for your order to arrive.
New English Teas refunds & returns policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you should notify New English Teas within 14 days of receiving it and proceed to return the items within 30 days of purchase. The items you're returning must be unused and in their original packaging. You should also include the invoice with your return.
