Maplin Delivery

Maplin will ensure you get your order as soon as possible.

The standard delivery option will cost you £1.99 for orders below £20. Orders above £20 will be delivered at no extra charge.

Your goods will be delivered via the selected delivery method and will be availed between Monday-Saturday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed via email.

Ensure you organize for alternative delivery arrangements if you are unable to accept the delivery of your order.

If you make separate orders, you may receive them in separate deliveries. This is to ensure that you get your deliveries as soon as you complete your order.

If you want to know how far your order has reached, you can track it with the tracking details provided in your email.

If you experience delivery discrepancies, please contact the Maplin customer service team for speedy assistance within 2 days of receipt.

Please note that Maplin currently only delivers to the UK. However, if you are located in remote areas such as Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, your order may take longer to be delivered.

Maplin Returns Policy

Maplin has a simple returns policy for your convenience.

If you change your mind about a product you ordered, you can return the item within 30 days of ordering it. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. However, please ensure it is in its original condition.

If you order a faulty item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that before the approval, your product will be tested by the technical team to verify the defect or the error. If the item is found to be in good condition, you will be contacted to find the best solution for the problem.

If Maplin delivers a damaged or incorrect item, inform the team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Ensure you send the product images as well as any other information that may be required by the team.

If you receive leaking and hazardous items, please inform the Maplin team as soon as possible. You will be given information on how to safely dispose of the item and process your refund.

Please note that returns will only be accepted for products in the original condition. If you start assembling, using or inputting software or personal data, your return will not be accepted. Also, if the product packaging has been tampered with or torn, the return will be declined. Ensure you return all accessories and the leaflets provided.

Please note that consumable and hygiene products such as headphones can not be returned once opened. Ensure you check the description of the item without removing the original seal.

Also, you cannot return activated, opened or used games, subscriptions and downloads.

Contacted services such as installations cannot be refunded where the service has been completed.

You will be eligible for free returns if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Also, all returns must have a return label issued by the Maplin team.

If making a return within the UK, you will be charged £3.99.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the return funds to reflect in your account.

Maplin refer-a-friend programme?
