If you order a free SIM Card as well as another Lebara Mobile product, your purchases will be delivered via Royal Mail service. Your SIM should arrive in 2-3 working days. If your purchase is delayed, you can track your order with the help of Lebara advisors. A new SIM will be sent if your order is not delivered.

Lebara Mobile Returns Policy

You can return any Lebara SIM cards or other items only if you have not used or tampered with them. However, you must return the items to the company before the lapse of 14 days after delivery. If the products have been broken or used, are returned after 14 days lapses, or the returns are incomplete, Lebara may not accept the refund request.

Please note that you are fully responsible for the returns until they reach the company. Be sure to address your returns to Lebara Mobile.

Where applicable, your refunds will be transferred to your original payment method that you used in your Lebara order. You should allow up to 30 days for Lebara Mobile to process your refund.

Does Lebara Mobile have an international plan?

Yes, Lebara Mobile has various International plans under the International Pass option. These either grant you 120 international minutes to 16 destinations, 40 international minutes to 40 destinations or 30 international minutes to 15 destinations at the cost of £9.99, valid for 14 days. These plans include some EU and African countries.

What if I only need data plans?

Lebara has data plans under the Data Pass option. Depending on your needs, you can get from 3GB 4G internet plans to 30 GB 4G internet plans from £9.99 to £49.99. These are valid for 30 days.

Can I keep my number and use Lebara plans?

Yes, you can keep your number and still use Lebara plans. However, you will be required to transfer your existing number to Lebara. To do this, you need to request a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 from your current mobile SIM. Next, activate your free Lebara SIM card and then simply complete the form on the Lebara Mobile website to transfer your number. 

I am experiencing difficulties accessing the internet

If you are having problems accessing the internet, check whether your phone has updated the mobile settings via the APN manual setting. If you are a heavy data user, ensure you have a 4G enabled SIM for optimal performance.

Why am I having trouble making calls?

If you have trouble making calls, check your balance by dialling #1345# or 5588. You can also check your balance via the app or your online Lebara account. If making international calls, ensure you dial the international code followed by the country code and landline or mobile number.
