If ordering to the UK, there are several delivery options you can choose, including a free Click & Collect service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on all orders over £20 (otherwise it's £2.95). Your order will arrive within 2-3 working days. If you need it sooner, use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for £3.95 (free on orders over £50). However, please keep in mind that orders outside of mainland UK might not arrive next working day. Orders to Europe will arrive within 3 to 5 working days, while orders to the rest of the world will need 5 to 7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a unique tracking number.

Harmony returns & refunds

If for any reason you'd want to return your order, you should do this within 30 days. In order for your to get a refund or exchange, the item you're returning should be unused and in its original packaging. If returning your item from the UK, you can do this for free. For all faulty items, you can request a refund or replacement within 12 months.
