How to use your Electric Rider promotion code

Electric Rider delivery

Electric Rider ships its orders across the mainland UK. Once you place your order, it can take 2-5 working days for your order to arrive if the item was in stock. You'll be notified via email within 48 hours of dispatch. On selected item, Fully Serviced & Assembled Delivery may be available. Orders are delivered via a wide range of delivery services, including DHL, UPS, CargoLine, Tuffnells, and TNT. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday.

Electric Rider returns

If you'd want to return your order, you can do it within 14 days of receiving it. As long as the bike you're returning is unused and in resalable condition and its original packaging (including the original box), you'll be eligible for a full refund. When your order arrives damaged, you shouldn't accept the delivery. But if you discover that the item you ordered has been damaged once you've already received it, you should send clear photos of the damage to Electric Rider within 24 hours of the receipt.  

Electric Rider warranty

Each individual product will have its own warranty, depending on the manufacturer. Please note that you should take proper care of your bike and use it reasonably. Some parts, such as brake pads, bulbs, tyres, chain, and others are regarded as consumables. You can purchase a replacement from your local cycle shop or contact Electric Rider to source the parts for you.
