The Craft Company Delivery

The Craft Company offers several delivery options for its customers from Great Britain. Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is available for only £3.99 (free on orders over £40), while Express delivery (next working day for orders placed by 3 pm) is available for £4.99 (free on orders over £65). Saturday and Sunday delivery is available for orders placed by 3 pm on Friday, and you'll be charged £8.50 for orders under £65, and £3.99 for orders over £65. The Craft Company delivers its orders to several international countries. The Craft Company Returns

If you'd want to return an item you ordered from The Craft Company, you should contact them within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. You'll have 14 days to return the item. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You'll be responsible for postage costs unless the item arrived faulty or is not fit for purpose. Unfortunately, you cannot return customised or personalised items, as well as ready-made cakes. If the item arrives damaged, you'll be offered a refund or a replacement. With The Craft Company loyalty scheme, you can earn redeemable points for every pound you spend when shopping from The Craft Company. All you have to do is open an account, and your points will accumulate automatically as you shop (for every £1 you spend, you’ll get 5 points). You’ll earn points on the cost of delivery, as well. Once you collect enough points, you can use them at checkout to discount your order. The minimum amount of points you can redeem is 100, and is worth £1.
