Club Rozalie is a granola subscription box service. It was founded with a mission of delivering a healthy and quirky flavour granola to all of its customers looking for a way to ease off their mornings. Granola is made with plant-based ingredients, and has no additives or added sugar. With less than 2.5g of sugar per portion, Club Rozalie granola is low in sugar. It’s also high in protein, with minimum 10g plant-based protein. New products and flavours are created every month.

Club Rozalie Delivery

Once you create and place your order, your first subscription box will be delivered within 2-3 working days since all products are hand-made to order. Subscription is renewed on the 1st of each month. Future boxes will arrive 2-3 days after you've been charged. Free UK delivery is available for all Club Rozalie subscription boxes, as well as one-time purchases. Orders are delivered across the UK, including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and British Forces.

Club Rozalie Returns Policy

If your order hasn't arrived, the box was damaged, or you're not satisfied with the quality of the granola, you should contact Club Rozalie for a refund. In order for the refund to be made, you must be able to show that the box you were charged for wasn't provided as it should've been. If the granola isn't as fresh as it should've been, you can get a refund or a free replacement. You must send an email with a photo of the un-fresh granola within 72 hours of receiving the order. Due to the perishable nature of granola, there's no need for you to return the product back to the Club Rozalie.

If you subscribe to Club Rozalie, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription using your online account. You must provide a notice at least 48 hours before the delivery within your subscription plan. If you fail to provide the notice before that time, you'll still receive your next box and be charged for it.
