How to claim my free Boots offer code?

1. To claim your free Boots offer code, click on the ‘Get Code’ button on the right and copy the code from a new window that will pop up. Continue to the Boots website.
2. Select the department from the main menu and add to the basket all of the products you want to purchase. Click on the shopping basket icon in the top right corner of the website and select the ‘View basket & checkout’ button. 
3. Click on the ‘Apply offer code’ below the products in your basket, and enter your Boots offer code to the text box below. Click on the ‘Update’ button next to it and checkout.
4. Choose your checkout method, select your delivery method, and fill out all the required information. Select a delivery method, add contact details, and agree to Boots terms and conditions and accept Boots privacy policy. Select your card type, enter your card details, and finish your order.

Boots Delivery

Standard delivery (within 5 working days) is available for £3.50, while the Next Day delivery is £4.95. If your order is over £30, you can get Standard delivery free of charge (excluding orders that contain heavy or bulky items). To be eligible for Next Day delivery, your order must be placed by 6 pm Monday to Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery, you’ll be charged £5.50. Boots Returns

If you’d want to return an item, you can do it within 35 days of receiving your order. For a free return, print off a returns label from the Royal Mail returns portal, and attach it to your parcel once you take it to the Post Office. You should also include the returns form (you can find on the Boots website) with the items you’re returning. All of the items must be returned in a saleable condition and undamaged. Medicines, food, opened cosmetics products, and personalised gifts can only be returned if they are faulty.

Is there a click & collect service available?

Yes, Boots offers a click & collect service. When at checkout, just select ‘Click & Collect’, enter your postcode or location, and find a store. Select one of the available dates, and place your order. If your order is placed by 8 pm Sunday to Friday, you can collect it after 12 pm the next day. This service is available free of charge on orders over £20, otherwise you’ll be charged £1.50 for the delivery.

What is the Boots Advantage Card?

Get your Boots Advantage Card for free and start collecting points you can later use to pay for your order (1 point is worth £0.01 and you must pay the full price of the product with points). You’ll get 4 points for every £1 you spend, and you can get more points when you download the Boots App for the first time (and make a transaction) and when you sign up to Boots’ newsletter. There are also some Boots Advantage Clubs you can join to save even more and get some special offers (Parenting Club, Over 60s Rewards, Boots X, and Student Discount). What does the Boots App offer?

How can Boots help with my prescription?

Boots can help you manage your prescriptions and keep on top of your medication. If you or anyone in your surroundings can't go to the store, you can simply order your prescribed medicines online. Free online NHS Repeat Prescription Service is available to Boots customers.

Does Boots offer gift cards?

Yes, Boots offers gift cards (between £10 and £250) you can purchase for any special occasion when you’re unsure what to get. You can order a gift card online and have it delivered to you first or straight to the recipient. Gift cards can only be redeemed in store and not online.
