Are villas priced per property or per person?
All villas are priced per property and not per person. The price you see is per week, for up to the maximum capacity shown. Some properties might have two different prices for the same week. One is the Small Party Rate (SPR), which allows smaller groups to rent the larger property at a reduced price. Even though the property's capacity won't be filled, the group will still have the exclusive use of the property, as well as the grounds and the pool. However, some beds might not be prepared since they won't be in use.
Can I add extra people?
Yes, you can add extra people, however, this will depend on the size of the property. If you've paid the SPR and with extra people you'd exceed this, you'd have to pay the full party rate. You'll also need to pay the Property Damage Waiver for extra people, and in some areas you may be required to pay the local tourist tax.
Are there any dog-friendly properties?
If you’re taking your dog (or any other pet) with you, it’s advised you contact the Vintage Travel customer care team before you confirm your booking.
Do properties have cots and highchairs?
If you need a cot or a highchair, you should request it when booking the property. They're usually provided free of charge but if there's a charge, you'll be notified at the time of booking. However, if you request the cot or highchair after you've already booked the property, you'll be charged £30 for cots or £15 for highchairs.
How often will the property and pool be cleaned?
How often the property and pool will be cleaned will depend on the individual property. You can find the pool cleaning schedule in the house book. When it comes to the cleaning of the house, it can range from a minimum preparation clean to a few times of the week. In some properties, you'll be able to arrange additional cleaning for an extra charge. If you've booked the property for 2 or more weeks, the property will be cleaned at the end of each week.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is at 4 pm, and the check-out time is 10 am. However, it may happen that the cleaners are still working at 4 pm on your arrival date and that they arrive as early as 9 am on your departure day.

What are the cancellation charges?
If for any reason you must cancel or alter your holiday arrangement, you must notify Vintage Travel in writing. Depending on the terms and conditions of the service provider, as well as the period before departure cancellation is made, you'll have to pay cancellation charges. Most service providers will charge only the deposit if you cancel your arrangement at least 85 days before the departure date, and the full price if you cancel within 42 days before the departure.
