Untamed Delivery

Untamed delivers at no extra cost via Parcelforce. Your initial Untamed box is delivered within 4 days after you confirm your order. Subsequent boxes are delivered every 28 days. However, you can change the frequency of your deliveries from your account to suit your cat’s needs. If your order arrives when you are not at home, your box will be left in your letterbox. The courier may also leave delivery instructions if the box does not fit through the letterbox. If you think your delivery has been delayed, contact the Untamed team for speedy assistance.

Untamed Returns Policy

If you do not like your Untamed delivery, you can return it to the company within 30 days after delivery. To make a return, ensure you pack everything securely in the original packaging and post it back to Untamed. Please do not forget to include your proof of purchase. Also, Untamed can only accept returns that are unopened and undamaged unless the goods were delivered faulty. If viable, you will receive a full refund including the delivery costs via the original payment method. However, if you cancel your Untamed order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
