Jokers Masquerade delivers its orders worldwide. For a full list of countries, check out its website. If you order by 3 pm Monday to Friday to the UK and Europe, your order can be dispatched the same day. Orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.  

Jokers Masquerade returns and refunds

If you'd want to receive an item, you should do this within 14 working days of the receipt, unless the item is faulty or damaged, when you have 30 days to return it. You should return the item in its original condition and original packaging. Click & Collect Next Day Service is also available. Your order will be delivered to your collection point, Monday to Saturday. You can also collect your order from a warehouse at Carnival House, Luton, UK, Monday to Friday between 09 am and 5 pm. This service is free.

Refunds will be made to the card you used for the original purchase. Jokers Masquerade doesn't refund shipping costs. Exchanges aren't available.
