Better Bathrooms delivers to your location. However, the delivery fees are based on your delivery address and the item size.  

If you order postage items which are single small items or accessories such as towel rail, you will be charged £3.99 for delivery plus £4 for next day delivery if you are located in most of the UK mainland. Persons located in Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands will be charged £3.99 plus £4.99 for next day delivery. If you are located in the Isle of Man, Isle of wight, Northern Ireland and ROI you will be charged £13.99. Persons located in Channel, Orkney & Shetland Islands will be charged £23.99 for similar deliveries.

If you would like small parcel items including two or more accessories and all small items such as shower-heads and taps, you will be charged £7.99 plus £2 for next day delivery if located in most UK mainland. Better Bathrooms will charge you £7.99 plus £4.99 for next day delivery if you are located in Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands. Persons located in Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, ROI and Northern Ireland will be charged £17.99 for delivery. Deliveries to Channel, Orkney & Shetland Islands will be charged £27.99.

For medium items deliveries including small and medium items such as radiators over 1500mm, you will be charged £14.99 plus £5 for next day delivery if within most of the UK mainland. However, if you are located in Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands, you will be charged $40.99. Persons located in the Isle of Man or Isle of Wight will be charged $65.99 while those located in ROI or Northern Ireland will be charged $80.99. Deliveries to Channel, Orkney and the Shetland Islands will be charged £130.99.

If you order large items including a mix of small, medium and large goods such as basins and toilets, you will be charged $24.99 plus £10 for next-day delivery if located in most of the UK mainland. However, if you are located in Northern Scotland or the Scottish Highlands, you will be charged £58.99. Persons located in Isle of Man or Isle of Wight will be charged £80.99 while those located in ROI and Northern Island will be charged £98.99. For deliveries in Channel, Orkney and Shetland Islands, Better Bathrooms will charge you £148.99 for similar items deliveries.

Better Bathrooms returns Policy

Better Bathrooms aims to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can contact the customer service team by calling 0330 332 8769 within 14 days from the delivery date.

Request a return by logging in to the Better Bathrooms returns portal. Your request will be authorized within 48 hours. Once authorized, send the product via a secure courier. However, you will pay for the return courier fees. For safety, ensure the product is securely packaged and insured.

If your item is delivered with faulty parts, you do not need to return the product as replacement parts can be sent to your location.
