How to use your BT Mobile refer a friend deal

BT Mobile shipping and return policy
SIM orders are usually delivered the next day via Royal Mail First Class, and if you ordered a phone before 4 pm Monday to Friday or 11 am on Saturday, it'll be delivered to you the next working day, including Saturdays. However, keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours to deliver your order in some parts of the country.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can cancel your order or return your items within 14 days for mobile phone orders, or within 30 days for SIM Only and Family SIM orders.
