Furniture Choice Delivery

Furniture Choice offers free delivery on the mainland United Kingdom and the Isle of Wight. You just need to select your delivery date when checking out and simply wait. The delivery should arrive from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm. You will get an email notification when your order has been dispatched. For orders that are one-man delivery, a delivery time can’t be specified and a signature is required. For two-man delivery, you will get an estimated 2 hour time slot and receive a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. They deliver up to the second floor only, into the room of your choice. A signature is needed. There is free delivery on all orders, regardless of the amount spent. If you miss your delivery date, it could take up to 14 days to arrange another date.

There is an option for free returns. If you want to return your product, contact them within 30 days from the day of receipt and keep the items in their original packaging, not damaged. You will get a full refund once your item is collected, up to 2 days.

What if my product is damaged?

If some of your products arrive damaged, you can get a repair, replacement or even a full refund. You just need to inform the driver or call Furniture Choice while the delivery driver is still there. Also, you can report any other damages up to 30 days of receipt. Do not worry, just contact them through email with the basic information, name of product, order number, batch number, and describe where the item is damaged along with attached photos. They will contact you as soon as they can, and resolve your problem.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with many debit and credit cards, including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, or via Paypal. You can even pay with a bank transfer. If you do not have the financial resources to pay in cash, you can apply for finance through Klarna. All of the prices are paid in pounds, and include VAT. American Express and cheques are not accepted. All the payments are secured and encrypted, so do not worry about your sensitive information. 

Can I make a payment with finance from Klarna?

Yes. If you are not able to pay in cash, you can always apply for finance through Klarna. Finance is possible for all their items above £300. Interest-free finance is available for items that are higher than £750. If you would like to use this option, go and select all the items that you wish to buy and proceed to checkout. When choosing the finance options, select Klarna and fill in the required information. You can apply and get an instant reply, whether your application is accepted or not. You must be over 18 years to apply for finance. If your finance is not accepted, you can still continue with credit or debit card payment.

Where can I recycle or donate my old furniture?

Furniture Choice have a “recycle or donate tool” to help you find local places where you can dispose of your old furniture, or donate it to someone in need. When you open the tool, you will have access to a map to a lot of centres where you can place your old furniture. The map allows you to choose your location and you will get information on the closest centres to you.
