How does BOXT work?

Once you access the BOXT website, you should answer a few questions about your home. A few photos may be required later. When you complete the survey, you'll be recommended a selection of suitable packages to choose from. Compare brands and prices, and pick the one that suits you. Select an install date, and BOXT will find you the best local BOXT installer for the day you selected. If you require a next day installation, you should place your order by 4 pm (for boilers) or 3 pm (for air conditioning). Pay upfront or get a finance plan, and wait for your BOXT to be delivered (usually on the morning of the installation day). Your installer will also arrive early (between 7.30 and 9.30 am) and will fit your package.

What's included in a boiler fixed price?

To make installation hassle-free, every BOXT package includes boiler and pipework installation (as well as alterations and upgrades), MagnaCleanse® system flush, magnetic filter, chemical inhibitor, new thermostat and installation, as well as removal and safe disposal of your old boiler, old tanks, and reconfiguring pipework for a combi boiler.

What extras can I add to my boiler order?

Today, boilers can provide more than just hot water for your home. You can add smart home devices, such as thermostats, smoke alarms, cameras, displays, and speakers. They'll be fitted for free whilst the installer is fitting your boiler.

What’s included with the radiator?

With your brand new radiator, you'll also get new valves including a Thermostatic Radiator Valve (TRV).

What are Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRV)?

Thermostatic radiator valves are controls for your radiators. You can use them to adjust the radiators' temperature by regulating how much hot water flows in. You can also use them to completely turn off the radiator without having to turn off the heating.

Does BOXT offer a guarantee?

Yes, every new BOXT boiler comes with a manufacturer's guarantee from 2 up to 10 years, depending on the brand. When buying an air conditioner, guarantee will be shown on the product details page. BOXT will register the warranty for you.

Does BOXT offer any finance options?

Yes, BOXT does offer finance options for its customers. Buying a new boiler can be expensive and unplanned but thanks to Divido, you can spread the cost over several monthly payments. At the last step on checkout, you'll be able to select a finance plan. Fill out the application, and someone from the Divido will contact you regarding your decision. Once you're accepted for finance, you can complete your order. For a representative example and more information about finance options, refer to the 'Finance' page on the BOXT website.

What is the BOXT Price Promise?

BOXT team checks prices on the market, ensuring that the offered prices are the lowest possible. However, if you find the same product cheaper at another place, BOXT will either beat the price by £50 or give you a free £50 Amazon voucher if beating the price isn't possible.
