You can either choose to have your order delivered via standard shipping which will cost you £3. If you opt to use the DPD Next Weekday delivery, you will be charged £5.95. Please note that you should make your order by 2 pm.

If you are making an international order, ensure you check whether Pacamask delivers to your destination at checkout. You can either opt for the standard shipping which will cost £8 or the signed and tracked royal mail delivery which will cost £16. Your order may be subjected to taxes and customs charges once your purchases reach your country. Please note that Pacamask does not take responsibility for these charges and should be catered to by the buyer.

Please note that Pacamask processes your orders within 1-2 working days after you confirm your order. A notification will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Pacamask returns Policy

To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@pacamask.com with your order number. If the item is delivered damaged, ensure you take a photo displaying the level of damage and send it to the support team.

For hygiene reasons, Pacamask delivers the products in a sealed pouch. If the pouch is opened, your return or exchange requests cannot be accepted.

An exchange will be honoured if the item is a poor-quality printed item, is damaged, or if the item is the wrong item or size. Your refund request will also be honoured if you have not received your purchase within 30 days or 60 days for domestic and international orders consecutively.

Your refund or exchange will not be facilitated if the package is open, the order was sent to the wrong shipping address you provided or if you change your order after it has been printed or shipped.

For hygiene purposes, ensure you wash your mask and your face if using the mask for the first time. You should also wash your mask after every wear. Pacamask recommends hand washing your masks and air-drying as opposed to using your washing machine. However, if you wish to use your washing machine, use a natural and gentle detergent. Also, do not tumble dry. Only use your mask when completely dry.

What materials are Pacamasks made with?

Single colour Pacamasks masks are 100% cotton. However, Patterned Pacamasks are 50% cotton, 3.5% spandex and 46.5% polyester. Both have a silver iron cotton layer that kills and suppresses bacteria.
