About Natusan

Natusan offers sustainable cat litter that is 100% natural, biodegradable, and compostable. You’ll notice it’s also a lot lighter too, so you won’t have to carry heavy bags around. It's made from recycled wood fibres, and with no added fragrances. Thanks to a special clumping process, it outperforms other natural litters in odour control. It’s made so that you can easily remove clumps from the box without having to remove all of the litter from the tray every time. Natusan Delivery

Natusan offers a free delivery on all orders over £30, as well as on Collect & Compost subscriptions. For all orders under £30, you'll be charged £2.99 for the delivery. Orders are currently shipped across Mainland UK. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days after it's been placed. Please note that Collect & Compost subscription is only currently available in London within several postcodes. You can see the full list of postcodes on the Natusan website, when you select 'Shipping' from the menu. Collection will take place on a Monday between 9 am and 6 pm, every four weeks. You'll receive a text message the night before.

Natusan Returns Policy

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of the products from Natusan, you should contact its Customer Care Team via email or phone, and they'll be glad to help you. The same goes if you want to cancel your Natusan subscription. Please note that in order for cancellation of your subscription to take effect before your next scheduled delivery date, you must cancel at least 6 days before it. Natusan cat litter is 100% natural and compostable, made from natural, recycled wood materials without clay minerals.

How does it work?

Natusan clumping cat litter is easy to use. Simply pour the content of the bag into the tray so it completely covers its bottom. Once it gets in contact with liquid, it’ll form tight clumps you can easily remove with a scoop. Make sure you remove them regularly. Also, make sure you maintain a constant level of cat litter in the tray. Add fresh litter when needed.

Will it be easy for my cat to switch from its regular litter to Natusan?

Some cats may be fussy when it comes to their litter. It’s always best if you introduce new litter gradually instead of changing it all at once.

What is an environmentally friendly way to dispose of Natusan cat litter? 

Even though Natusan cat litter is biodegradable and compostable, you shouldn't use your at home composting system since it doesn't reach a sufficient temperature to reliably kill all bacteria and parasites. That's why Natusan has a Collect & Compost service. If you’re unsure whether your local council allows the collection of used cat litter in garden waste bins, contact them for more information.
