GANT UK Delivery

GANT UK delivers to the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

If you are in the UK Mainland, you will be charged £3.95 on orders below £100 if you opt for the standard delivery option. Orders above £100 will be delivered at no extra charge. This will take 3-5 working days for your purchases to be delivered.

If you are in the Channel Islands, you will be charged £3.95 for orders below £100. Orders over £100 will be delivered for free. Expect your order in 5 working days.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be charged £5.95 under the standard delivery. However, orders over £150 will be delivered for free. This will take 5 working days.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Next Day deliveries are currently unavailable.

GANT UK Returns

GANT UK has a simple and seamless returns policy.

If you want to return your GANT UK purchases, ensure you return the goods within 30 days and 14 days for the full price products and on-sale or discounted products respectively from the delivery date. Also, the items will only be accepted if they are in the condition they were sold. The items must be unused and be returned in their original packaging and condition, with the tags still intact.

Ensure you provide proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, a gift tender or exchange that has the lowest selling price for the returned purchases will be offered. Please note that GANT UK does not refund items purchased with gift receipts.

For hygiene purposes, other exclusions include underwear, face masks and swimwear, unless the items are faulty.

Can I cancel my GANT UK order?

Since GANT UK processes orders quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel your order. However, if you do not want the item you have ordered, you can return it upon delivery.

How can I become a GANT member?

If you are above the age of 16, you can become a GANT member for free. By becoming a member, you get access to benefits such as earning points when you rate products, purchase and enter competitions. You will also get product insights.  

Please note that you will not receive a membership card as your membership is purely online.

How long will my GANT UK membership last?

While you can terminate your GANT UK membership anytime you want, it will expire automatically after 24 months. However, you can renew your membership after it expires.

Do I earn points with GANT UK?

Yes. With the GANT UK membership, you earn points when you make purchases. For every £1 you spend, you earn 10 points. You also get £5 when you earn 2,500 points to spend in-store. Also, certain products earn you double points if they have special offers. Please note that bonuses are only valid for 12 months. Also, if you return an item that you had earned points with, you will lose the points.

To locate a GANT UK store near you, use the store finder option on the GANT UK website. You can select the store based on a flagship, rugger, affiliate or GANT store.

What if I want to purchase a GANT gift card?

GANT has gift card options that enable you to spend your credit at any GANT store and online. You can purchase a gift card up to £1,000. However, please note that GANT does not offer exchanges or returns on gift cards.
